What are your operating hours?
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, cashier’s check and money orders.
What insurance company’s do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies. See list on the home page.
Is there tow service available?
Yes we have tow service available.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
There’s no need for an an appointment. Just stop in.
How long will an estimate take?
We can have most estimates tackled within 20 min max.
Will you help me file my insurance claim?
Yes we’ll help out. We have over 17 years of experience in the collision business. We can help every step of the way.
How do I set up an insurance claim?
All insurance companies have a different process. We’re familiar with each companies process. So we can advise you on how to proceed.
How do I schedule a collision repair estimate?

Do you offer repair estimates on Weekends?
No not at this time.
Can you help with rental car arrangements?
Yes we work with our rental partners that will get you taken care of it.
Should I drive my car after an accident?
It really depends on the extent of your damage. Generally speaking, if you have any lights out, parts are rubbing on tires, or the car doesn’t feel safe. Give us a call and we can arrange towing. You may also request to have your vehicle towed to our shop direct from the accident scene.
Do you do mechanical work?
Yes, we’ll perform mechanical work on cars damage in accident.
Can other repairs, upgrades or services be done on my vehicle while it’s in the shop?
Yes, just be sure to notify us in advance of the repairs or services that you would like performed, so we can factor in your repair/upgrade.
How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
Our process is to provide top notch repairs. Therefore repairs start with detailed written estimate. Sometimes damage is often hidden and cannot be discovered until your vehicle has been disassembled. If additional damage is found your vehicle’s completion date may need to be revised. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process, and we assure you we will return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible.
Is there warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
We offer a lifetime warranty on paint. Limited warranty on parts which is subject to the manufacturer. Most manufacturers offer a 9- day warranty. All warranties are non-transferable.
Can you match my factory paint color?
We offer a 100% guarantee. We guarantee in writing that the factory color will be matched.
Can I change the paint color?
Yes plus applicable fees.
Can I wash my car right after?
Yes, but you shouldn’t need to! We detail your car after its painted. Be sure to wash your car with a mild wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use a high powered hose or pressure washer.
